Unfortunately we do not accept return of items if you have made an incorrect purchase or changed your mind after receiving the items. Do review your cart to ensure you are satisfied before completing the order.

In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order, and the package is delivered, Happy Birthday will not be liable for any replacement or refund. You may exchange the item within 7 days of receiving them and we will arrange for a collection of the defective item. Please send us an image of the item together with the following: Image of Item with the packaging and your Packing list showing your Order and/or Tracking Number Name of Item Order Number If the item is in stock, we will arrange for a replacement.
